I was thinking about this the other day; I can see the line switch to lunch after breakfast on Saturdays being harder to pull off at your place than most others.
Have you considered just doing a brunch menu every Saturday instead? Have a few breakfast items and some brunchy type stuff that would satisfy your afternoon crowd and just do that. Heck, you could change the menu every week to keep it interesting, just do that limited brunch menu of about 10 -12 items and spare yourself the agony every Saturday. Just an idea....
As long as one (1) of the brunch items is the best damn cheeseburger in Louisville!
