We do half price wines at Volare, and it has been an awesome program. I personally think it allows you to not only sell a lot of vino, but also talk about it and expose more people to it. We have done a separate half price list in the bar only for a few years now and our guests have really appreciated it. Best of luck with your new Wednesday event!
