Bourbon's Bistro will celebrate Kentucky’s native spirit with a three-course dinner Sunday, Jan. 30 at 6 p.m. The event will showcase cuisine from Louisville writer David Dominé’s cookbook Splash of Bourbon: Kentucky’s Spirit, and will include Bourbon tastings and commentary by the author. Each couple at the dinner will receive a copy of the book, which contains more than 70 recipes along with tips and trivia about the history of Bourbon. Books will be donated by The Urban Bourbon Trail. Dinner is $40 per person plus tax and gratuity.
