Varanese will host David Bos, Operations Manager from Grgich Hills Estates in California on Monday, Feb. 7 and Tuesday, Feb. 8 at a Grgich Hills organic and biodynamic wine dinner.

Reception 6:30, dinner 7 p.m. both evenings
$75/person plus tax and gratuity
Reservations 899-9904
Vegetarian and dinner only options available.

Sounds fantastic. Great menu, John! I really like the sound of the ginger ice cream with the late harvest dessert wine. As I will be out of town, best of luck with this!

We have sold out for the Tuesday dinner, still a few spots available for Monday however.
