Gelato Gilberto goes to Italy!

Hello! I just wanted to let everyone know that Gelato Gilberto will be open for abbreviated hours from Wednesday, January 19 until Tuesday, February 1, so that we can attend the International Gelato Convention in Rimini, Italy. We'll be closed Mondays, open 12-5 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 12-10 on Friday and Saturday and 12 - 9 on Sundays. We promise to bring back great new flavor ideas and the latest gelato trends to share with Louisville!

Yep. I went to Napics in 2008. It was very useful, Kristin and I are considering going to the 2011 edition in Feb.

Hey Justin - you guys have a great trip. FYI, the Burning Bush Honey Yogurt Pistachio signature gelato you dropped off tonight is outstanding. Of the ten Gelato Gilberto flavors we serve at the BB Grille I believe this will quickly become the favorite.
