Although I promised myself I wouldn't drag Donna to too many wine dinners during the week, I could not resist this Penfold's tasting at Varanese. On a cold a snowy Tuesday evening, Varanese came through with flying colors. Not only were the wines generally excellent and unique, but John's pairings were fascinating and ingenious. I now know what wine to order when I'm eating gator! Hey John, thank you and thanks to Dave for his always warm welcome and engaging personality. Our guests loved it and a great time was had by all.
