How much would someone be willing to pay for this?
I've done a little research and it looks like the going rate for such a service is $25-20 an hour.

http://www.edibleenterprises.org/Edible ... 20List.pdfAlso, would the rental include use of smallwares(pots,pans, sheet trays, utensils,etc.) or just the use of major equipment (stoves, ovens, fryers, mixers, etc.),or would an extra charge for these seem reasonable? If it were my kitchen, there would also be a hefty clean up fee if the person renting out the space didn't clean up after themselves to a set standard. Trust me, everyone has their own definition of what clean is.
I think I might have an idea if the demand is that great for such a thing.
