I'm curious what observations those in the biz might have on this. A couple of years or so ago there were about 45 restaurants involved. Four have closed and four more have dropped the program. Two have been added, so the overall participation has declined. I don't know the cost / benefit for management. What do you suppose caused a decrease rather than increase?

you can go to louisvilleoriginals.com and scroll through the page. there is all sorts of info to answer your questions. if you have more , fell free to call me at baxter station @584-1635. we are closed on sunday and monday but i am usually here for a portion of those days. we will be opening on monday, starting on monday the 17th for lunch and dinner with a special monday night offering. more info to come...
