If you haven’t yet heard the buzz about Doc Crow's Southern Smokehouse and Raw Bar, you soon will. A collaboration between the Ton brothers (Basa – Modern Vietnamese) and Master Sommelier Brett Davis, the restaurant is set in a beautiful historic building on Main Street’s "Whiskey Row." The menu will offer a Southern style bill of fare that focuses on artisan smoked meats and fresh seafood with an exceptional wine list.
To offer a sneak peak ... a Grower Champagne reception will be followed by a wine dinner with three noteworthy winemakers from Austria and Germany: Mario Schwang of Reuscher-Haart, Hannes Hirsch of Hirsch and Thomas Klinger of Brundlmayer. The event will be seated as three community tables and each winemaker will circulate to each table to share a course and discuss their wines.
Seating is limited to only 40 guests, and the event is expected to sell out quickly! To reserve seating, please e-mail info@doccrows.com
