NEWS RELEASE

MERIDIAN CAFÉ BEGINS BREAKFAST SERVICE

Louisville, Kentucky, August 16, 2007 – as of
September 1st, 2007, Chef Mike Ross will add the Meridian
twist to breakfast that our customers have come to love at
lunch! (Teaser menu attached). The menu items will be
included amongst our lunch menu (which will get a slight
revision), and will be available all day, everyday that we are
open!

Meridian Café is open everyday but Sunday.

New hours will be 8am till 3pm

MERIDIAN CAFE

A small sampling from our upcoming
breakfast menu.
House-made seasonal fruit turnover
drizzled with a chardonnay icing
Grilled banana walnut bread served with
honey whipped cream cheese
Meridian Breakfast Wrap
Spinach tortilla stuffed with scrambled
eggs, black beans, cheddar and provolone
cheeses, with our house-made salsa
Paul’s Steak and Egg Sandwich
Grilled strip steak, scrambled eggs, red
onions, served with our spicy tomato jam
Maddy’s Bagel Sandwich
Roasted salmon, wilted spinach, herb egg
frittata served open face, finished with 5
herb olive oil
Heddy’s Best French Toast
Thick sliced Brioche topped with house-made
mascarpone cheese and a basil blueberry
syrup
Mr. Brown’s Hash
Pan-fried new red potatoes, bell pepper, fresh
jalapeno, and Roma tomato. Topped with
cheddar cheese and served with our spicy
tomato jam
All sandwiches served with a choice of side

This has been on my list of places to try ... it's now moved to the top! It all sounds so very delicious!
