A wine dinner at Mozz on Thursday, Jan. 13, at 6:30 p.m., will highlight Italian cuisine and wine. chef/co-proprietor Mathew Antonovich. Antonovich discuss the menu and wine matches throughout the evening. David DuBou of Vintner Select and Tim Stratman of Vanguard, the wine distributors, will also talk about the wines and answer questions.
