This used to be available at Lotsa Pasta but no more... anybody got a local source for this stuff?

I don't know the actual brand, but the cocoa at Nuts N Stuff is wonderful. I buy the same stuff myself in 50# bags. It is seriously excellent. Every time we buy a bag at the wholesaler, they remark, "Oh, you buy the good stuff."

There was no Droste Cocoa at the Shelbyville Rd. Fresh Market on Wednesday.

Got the Dutch process stuff from Nuts and Stuff, we'll report back on results
