Updated Blind Pig Reservation Policy

Hey y'all-

Just wanted to update you on our new reservation policy...

Starting next week we are now accepting limited reservations every night (Tues-Sat) for all size parties.

To clarify- we still would like to encourage and accommodate walk-ins, as well as not overwhelm our kitchen. In our experience, a great number of people tend to prefer eating all around the same time; the reservations will be limited so that the kitchen doesn't get hit all at once. Of course, if a given slot is full, guests are more than welcome to walk in and take their chances. The reservations are also limited so that those wishing to just show up are able to get a table relatively quickly and are not forced to wait around looking at an empty restaurant that is going to fill up right at 7

We used your call ahead system, and it worked really well. We called as we left the house, and when we arrived, we waited just enough time at the bar for one drink. I loved the French 75, by the way, although my husband thought you guys were spiking my drink until I pointed out the line of the menu saying that you make your own bitters.

Still, even though it worked the one time, we're still grateful for a reservation system. It will make it even better for us to know that we'll be able to get a table, and we'll be back for the delicious rillettes more often.
