Remember, credit where it's due ... it's only fair. (Just noticed your lowercase "from a friend" at the end, so you're in the clear, but it's obviously copied from somewhere. If it's the CJ, we really need to find out and say so ... I'm outraged when they lift from here without attribution, and fair's fair. ;) )

I hear ya, but here's a simple tip: Google is your friend. When you get something like this, paste the whole first sentence into Google. I did that here, and up came ...
