This wonderful evening of dining, comeraderie, and sharing is available to all ACF members, their guests, and the general public. ACF members and a guest will pay just $50 per person for this extraordinary evening. General public tickets are available for $85 per person or $160 per couple, an excellent value for a dinner of this magnitude. Corporate tables of 8 are available as well, for $600 per table.

Our evening will begin with a cash bar and passed Hors D'oeuvres at 6:00 PM, and will include a silent auction, with all proceeds benefitting the James Edwards Memorial Scholarship Fund. At 7:30 PM dinner will begin, with a fabulous menu focusing on our regional cuisine and ingredients.

The menu for the evening:

Heritage Pork Tenderloin
Apple and Lavender Honey Compote

Salmon Gravlax cured with Bourbon Barrel Sea Salt
Spoonfish Caviar, Traditional Accompaniments

Gem Bibb Lettuce

We certainly hope you can attend this extraordinary evening, and join us in honoring the 2010 Kentucky Chapter Award Winners and celebrating the Culinary Arts and our member Chefs and Culinarians.

How would a small, local brewery go about getting their beer included in the service?
