One comment about the bakery location. I know the mailing address is Prospect, but I think of highway 42 and Oldham County when I hear Prospect. This is a reminder to people that the bakery is approx. 1 mile east of the Summit; less than 1/2 mile from Brownsboro Crossing that contains Costco, Lowes, Corbett's, Chili's, etc.
We are looking forward to shopping at your bakery. We live nearby.

Misty at Carmen's did an excellent job for my Hannukah open house.
I had 48 mini cupcakes which were made up of "Chai" yellow cake with chai cream cheese frosting, and "black out" chocolate cake with molten center and chocolate buttercream frosting with a chocolate syrup drizzle. Gorgeous and delicious.

Also, she made 48 Rasberry/apple jelly donut holes. They were fresh and the best tasting donut hole ever!
