Best Cheeseburger (including bison)?

by MichaelDrane » Tue Nov 23, 2010 3:31 pm

My buddy is coming into town and he wants the best cheeseburger we got? I'm only considering local restaurants where we are waited on, in other words, no chains and no casual dinning (Bunz, WW Cousins, etc.). Places that come to mind are Proof, Avalon, Jacks Lounge and Jack Fry's. Any feedback would be appreciated, but hurry, we're going out tonight!

I have some friends that work at Jack Frys so my opinion is a tad biased but I believe they use duck fat for the french fries which are pretty good.

So I vote Jack Frys

Cumberland Brews for a Bison burger. As an added bonus, pints are only $2.75 on Tuesday.

I think I remember Limestone having a wagyu beef burger, not sure if they still have it though.

I just had the burger at L&N on Friday, and it was really, really good.
