Proof On Main joins <i>Food & Wine</i> magazine's Grow for Good Campaign to host a multi-course, $100-a-plate dinner featuring foods from Kentucky and Southern Indiana producers.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit <i>Food & Wine</i>'s campaign to raise funds for Farm to Table, a national initiative of Earth Pledge, a New York-based nonprofit organization dedicated to finding sustainable solutions to environmental challenges.

i was looking over the menu when i got to work today. it looks like it is going to be a lot of fun.. bison tongue, butternut squash ravioli, rainbow trout, country fried pork and peaches and cream dessert. all of the wines come from freemark abbey as well. heck, i am off that night. i may attend!
