This just in from the good folks at Proof:
Proof on Main's lunch menu has been changed and expanded, and you can now choose from a <i>prix fixe</i> menu. Ranging in price from $12 to $18 for two courses ($5 for an additional third course) it features your favorites, old and new.
Examples: Italian wedding soup paired with pan-roasted wild salmon; country paté followed by porcini risotto, or a three-course meal such as the mixed lettuces, pork Milanese and peach crostata.
Chef Michael Paley is also introducing new items including fettuccini buttare, steak frites and smoked salmon.
