Wick's and Java Brewing coming to J-Town ?

I heard a strong rumor that the Clarion @ Bluegrass/Plantside has been bought and will be undergoing a major renovation. The renovation is set to include a Wick's Pizza and Java Brewing Co.

I heard a strong rumor that the Clarion @ Bluegrass/Plantside has been bought and will be undergoing a major renovation. The renovation is set to include a Wick's Pizza and Java Brewing Co.

Major renovation has been needed at that place for almost a decade. From what I understand from the guys I know that used to work maintenance there, the place really needs to be bulldozed.
I think the last time I was there for anything may have been a food show that A. Thomas (now Mattingly Foods) was hosting in the conference center many years back. The place looked pretty bad on the inside then, I can only imagine it couldn't possibly be any better after the hotel sat empty for the better part of a year before the current incarnation.
