A handful of Louisville’s best chefs will compete to serve the best biscuit in town.

Any info about which chefs, and is this a benefit for any organization? I haven't received any promotion on it, but if it's for a charity or arts or education benefit, we'll be glad to help promote it. They've got to let us know, though.

No, Robin, I have been unable to find out which chefs are participating. But I do know that the Battle of the Biscuits is part of the Festival of Faiths. A complete listing of events may be found at http://festivaloffaiths.org/newsevents/archive.php

I really mean that! (I just had to throw my favorite southern saying in there since the subject is biscuits  )

I grew up eating what I think are the best homemade biscuits ever - my mom's and my Aunt Coreen's (she was every well know in E-town for her awesome biscuits). I think it's great!

Why, I do believe I have a contact or several there! And they didn't even think about me. Harrumph!
