Heard she has a heck of a laser light show and two giant fog machines. :)

You know we were watching her show the other day. She made fried chicken. Then she made a "sauce" of a couple sticks of butter, brown sugar and pecans. Then drowned the fried chicken in that.

Does she travel with a haz mat crew?

Met her at the Fancy Food show, and she had quite a warm welcome for the folks from Louisville! Her "Boys" were here with a "Road tasted" segment, and apparently went home, and sung our praises!.

BTW, she is a very nice person, and treated us as if she knew us forever, before we even said a word.

I once caught the beginning of her show once (after watching Daniel Boulud on another show...)

and she went on to talk about how 'today's show we're gonna make tapas' (which is apparently pronounced: tay-pahs).

and how that meant 'little bites' (also apparently prounced: little bats)

i've never laughed so hard in my life.
i then quickly changed the channel;
and have never ever even watched another second of the show.

ever.

I put vegetables in your desserts, white chocolate with your fish and other nonsense stuff that you think shouldn't make sense, but coax the nonsense into something that makes complete sense in your mouth. Just open your mind, mouth and eat.

don't forget about the pyro, and the gigantic skull behind her.

...maybe i'm confusing her show with Iron Maiden.

i stand to be corrected, if anyone could advise. :?: :?

btw: does anyone find those prices a little beyond obscene?
comparatively at least?

Do you think she smashes her cookware on the stage after she's done?

I just don't understand how someone is going to sit in the balcony of that place and get anything out of the demonstration.

(i'd apologize for trash talking her; but i don't think anything she does you couldn't learn from any little old lady, or from JOC.)

All things aside she does have a pretty good recipe for dirty rice...if that's
what you're looking for. But I watched part of a Birthday Special she was doing when suddenly I saw her chasing some poor black lady around
the stage urging her to "suck on this".

It was a rather large pork loin she had in her grasp, swinging it to and fro
as if to taunt this person into doing it.

It was the single most disgusting display of stupidity I had seen on TV
in a great while.

I'm amazed that the sheer number of dishes she can make from mayonaisse, sugar, melted butter, ritz crackers, and cheese.
