Varanese Wine Dinner to Benefit Dare to Care

Varanese Restaurant will be hosting a wine dinner October 19th at 6:30pm to benefit "Dare to Care" as part of a three month long promotion, for every bottle of wine sold from the Gallo portfolio at Varanese, 3 meals will be donated to our local Dare to Care food bank. This six course dinner will be paired with wines from Alamos, William Hill, Louis Martini and McMurray along with a complimentary reception sparkling wine from La Marca. The Dinner is $65.00 per person and reservations are required. Tim Quinlan of Republic National Distributing Company will be our guest speaker and a representitive from Dare to Care will be on hand to discuss the importance of everyone's continued support of this program.

This is an awesome program that Republic does with Taste of the NFL. This is basically a lead up to the Taste of the NFL, which is held during Super Bowl week. Restaurants all across the country are taking part in this event, with the meals being donated in their respective communities from Dare to Care. There should be a fair amount of restaurants that have a wine or two eligible for the meal donations, so don't be afraid to ask when you are dining out between now and the end of November. This is a great way to show support for our community and have some fun with food and wine. I hope Varanese has a stellar turnout for this event. Good luck and cheers Dave!
