Brewers and representatives will be in attendance to answer questions and discuss their beers. The breweries that are attending will be; Bells, New Holland, Schlafly, Upland, O'Fallon, NABC, and BBC. Each brewery is bringing a keg of something unique and special for our tasting pleasure. It is going to very enlightening! Here's a rundown of the beer:

Bell's- Wild One
New Holland- Rye Aged Mad Hatter
O'Fallon- C3, Wee Heavy Scotch Ale (first time to KY, and very rare)
Schlafly- C3, 2009 Reserve Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout on draft!

I was just informed Brand has added NABC's ThunderFoot Imperial Stout, aged on two types of dried cherries and medium-toast American oak, to the meet and greet menu.

We did! Thanks, to you guys! I am tickled to try it again. I've never seen it outside of your establishment and it's usually gone by the time I get over to have it! One of my favorites, awesome awesome stuff!

We also added another beer to the list. Upland is bringing Teddy Bear Kisses Russian Imperial Stout. Upland aged it in 23 year old Pappy Van Winkle barrels, and added cherries to the mix. I think it definately wins the best name category of any Imperial Stout I've seen, haha. It is oddly similar to the Thunderfoot, that was made first and in the same state. I think the brewers of Upland are fans of NABC :).

Funny how that works. We done so many crazy, cool beers over the years I think it might be time to copy everyone else. We will be releasing a new amber ale at 5.5% ABV and 20 IBU, a traditional British IPA at 5% ABV and 40 IBU, a super cool American Standard Lager at 4.2% ABV and a whopping 8.5 IBU!

Or not.

Thanks for the support Brand!

Hey, I wanted to give everyone a heads up for tomorrow. We are preparing food specials made with the featured beers for our Meet and Greet, as well. Cheers!

Drunken Chicken slow simmered all day in New Holland Rye aged Hatter, over Orzo.

Grilled Barramundi w/ Bell's Wild One Burre Blanc over Zuchini, Squash, Onions, and Broccoli.

12 Oz. Ribeye topped with caramilized onions sauteed in NABC Thunderfoot reduction. Accompanied sides will be seasoned fingerling potatoes and vegetables.

Sounds great. I will see you at some point tonight. Will you be around for the duration?
