Actually, we're all to busy at the new Zaxby's still. So don't worry, there should be lots of empty tables for you heathens   Besides, the first service doesn't get out until 1015 so you have plenty of time to get in early.

We really love Wild Eggs and the original is not too far a cruise but walking or biking is out of the question. We always hoped they'd give a fair shake on expansion into the heart of the city (inside the Watterson or close to it). But Seems like they pick new locations by releasing a balloon from the original and seeing where it lands. That would've been a great strategy for consumers if they opened the first one around Riverport. I wonder if there's any possibility for another opening in a zip code that starts 4020x or 4021x...

Let's phrase it better, how about they open one NOT in the east end?

Which area in Louisville would make a solid location for Wild Eggs?

And yes,I get people don't want another in the East End.

You can put one on Dixie, plenty of restaurants are opening there right now.

You could put one near East Market/The Highlands.

You could put one in southern, IN, there's plenty of prime real estate on the Jeff side of 65.

Indiana. Yes. Dixie, perhaps, but not certain regarding the Highlands.

Kyle, the natural answer is Fern Creek or Highview. ;) It would be nice to have some more breakfast options out here.

Downtown, E Market area. Toast is the only other breakfast place around and they could get some downtown lunch business.

*smacks forehead*

DOH! I should have thought of that one!! They would make a killing in Fern Creek/Highview. Located near the new Kohls a little further down Bardstown Rd would make a good spot. There's plenty of room; even closer to Fern Creek. I'd LOVE IT.

Don't forget Dish on Market for a downtown breakfast option, including weekends (Saturdays at least, I think).
