Wild Eggs ... here's the scoop

by Robin Garr » Wed Jul 25, 2007 3:24 pm

Credit the gang at Food & Dining for being on top of this story discussed tentatively in another thread:

Wild Eggs
3985 Dutchmans Lane, 893-8005. Opening in mid-September as the first of an anticipated mini-chain, Wild Eggs will offer breakfast and lunch including traditional favorites and specialty omelets and crepes with upscale touches at moderate prices, plus a trained espresso barista and full bar service. Shared ownership with Napa River Grill hints at a Pacific Rim vibe.

That's my understanding from the other thread, Jon. I'm 99.44% certain it is.

I always thought a breakfast place would be a great way to go--good profit margin and you're home for dinner...

It works for Toast! And to me, Wild Eggs looks like the same general idea.
