new downtown restaurants by the Yum! Center

Has anyone heard of new restaurants going in by the KFC Yum! Center? I heard a rumor that Bourbon's Bistro was opening another concept called The Distillery. Is this true? I do know about Patrick O'Sheas, the new BBC and Impellizeri's.
