Down to Lunch

I'm going to Down to Lunch today (in the basement of the [former?] KY HOme Life Building) and have never been--anybody have some suggestions/recommendations? Also, do they take credit cards? Thanks in advance.

Ahh, good ol' Down to Lunch. I work downtown and it's a frequent stop.

They DO take credit cards.

Some of my favorites are the chicken fingers (which I think will be the Wednesday special today), the egg salad sandwich, or the gyro, which is excellent. Good hamburgers, too. If you're feeling nostalgic, there's always the chili/peanut butter sandwich combo. And the hot chips are fabulous, especially when dipped in barbeque sauce.

It's not health food by any means, but quite yummy nonetheless.
