Wow! I just got my copy of louisville magazine w/ the louisville eats extra included. What a stellar article on the resurgence of house cured meats. There are great pics and quotes from Coby Ming and Bob Hancock plying their trade, and I knew without looking that the shot w/ the meats surrounding the pig's head was a Bobby. Go get one at Carmichaels asap!
