Thanks to Robin for letting me post this!

Come sample a five course prix fixe menu paired with some spectacular Kermit Lynch wines! Special guest Bruce Neyers of Neyers vineyards will speak. PM Jeremy J for reservations.

First:
Chateau Ducasse Blanc (Bordeaux) with
Pork Terrine with Pistachios, Beet and Ginger Relish

Second:
Chateau Lascaux Blanc (Languedoc) with
Friseé Salad with Fresh Parmesan, Roasted Red Pepper and Asparagus, Poached Duck Egg

Third:
Marcel Lapierre Raisins des Gaulois (Beaujolais) with
Saddle of Rabbit with Caramelized Shallots and Basil Cream Sauce

Fourth:
L. Barroul Côte Rôtie Kermit Lynch Blend (Rhone) with
Braised Pork Osso Bucco

Fifth:
Chateau Graville-Lacoste Blanc (Graves) with
Sticky Gingerbread Pudding

$70 per person
Limited Seating

Just wanted to bump this up as the event is in just a couple days. A great value with a truly talented winemaker, awesome wines and phenomenal food!

I thought Kermit Lynch was Marsha's small green cousin.
The tall one wants white toast, dry, with nothin' on it.
And the short one wants four whole fried chickens, and a Coke.
