Sad Day, the End of an Era

by Gayle DeM » Tue Jul 24, 2007 1:58 pm

 So I stopped by Seafood Connection today, as is my wont twice a week to find the owner and his two “behind-the-counter” men working the grill. I asked, “Where is Chef Michael?” and was told, “He doesn’t work here anymore.” I walked out totally dejected and with a broken and empty stomach.

Does anyone know where he has gone/is going?

In this business people come and go. They are still cooking right? I had lunch there a few weeks ago and Brendan the Owner cooked for me and it was great.

Just noticed that the newest register member is Mike Hungerford (Chef Michael at Seafood Connection). Maybe he will tell us what he is doing.
