Wonderful Salmon Dinner

On Friday, went to dinner with the family at Bob Evans on Hurstbourne. Had their Bacon Dijon Salmon dinner, and it was VERY VERY GOOD. I was pleasently surprised by the meal. First time in a very long time that I've had a "dinner" there (usually have a breakfast, very happily), but I am looking forward to going and having that Salmon dish again.
If life's a Banquet, what's with all the Tofu?

Bob Evan's hmmm life is full of surprises. I used to hit the one off the Waterson by KFC or some such.

They have some very tasty dinner items for a breakfast stop. :D
