Just wanted to pass along that Sweet Surrender is now officially moved from Bardstown Rd to Frankfort Ave, next to where Cafe Lou Lou's used to be.

Are you thinking of Sweet and Savory Carolyne?
I think they do breakfast (very nice one at that ).
Sweet Surrender is desserts only I believe.
