Not to mention the freshness and flavor issues. There must be 20 good sources of free-range eggs around Louisville. I can't imagine buying industrial eggs, poultry, meat or veggies any more.

Or just get your own chickens. We recently did and it has been so. much. fun! I highly recommend it.

My neighbor's dog gives her poop. My pets give me eggs. :)
