Just read in the Louisville Business Journal about a new restaurant from the Ton brothers and Brett Davis at Whiskey Row - the new place will be called Doc Crow's, and will "meld Southern cuisine and seafood with local bourbon heritage." It looks like they're looking for investors (they're offering a tour of the restaurant to prospective investors on Aug. 23 at 6pm).
