Eva Mae's on River Rd

Now that the bridge on River Rd is opened back up I was wondering if Eva Mae's was still opened? I've seen reports on the forum that it closed but a CJ article today seemed to indicate it was still open. IF it is closed might that be a good spot for Son of a Sailor?

Moved into the rebuilt Chick Inn. I have not been yet but they appear to be doing good business.

The land that the old Eva Mae's property was originally on is now an employee parking lot and customer overflow for Cunningham's and the new Eva Mae's ( formerly Chick Inn ).

There are several people looking into the property as a boat repair shop, which was originally there.
