Former Potstickers Location - Looking for a Contact Person

by Geoff Wilkinson » Thu Aug 12, 2010 10:23 am

I've been lurking around these boards for a few years now... Outside of promoting Sushi In The City, I've never posted. Amazing all that can be learned just by listening. :)

Anyone know the status of Edward Lee's former Potstickers location? I've left messages at 610, and sent a letter to the owner of record, but no responses.

Since full disclosure is the norm here - I'm a Commercial Broker and have a client interested in that space for a small bistro.

Cheers,
Geoff

I'm surprised that calls to 610 have gone unanswered, Geoff.

Here's an offbeat idea ... why not drop by 610 some night, order a drink and catch Edward in a free moment?

But 610 isn't open every night.

I'm kinda surprised that the phone calls haven't been returned. Chorbhen is usually right on top of the phone messages. Now, email, nope.

I said SOME night. I sort of figured "when they're open" was implied. (It's open Thursday through Saturday from 6-10, so they are there tonight.)

I agree about it being odd that the phone calls weren't returned, though.

I can't offer anything, but if anyone can, help Geoff out. His company managed the building where I used to live (Commodore on Bonnycastle), and he's a stand-up guy.

Hey Geoff,
Tommy Oshea owns the building, you could get in contact with him. I've heard rumor that it is tied up in some legal stuff but nothing confirmed.

Thanks

Looks like I'll be drinking at 610 & OShea's on Friday... what a bummer. :)

(I had my first meal at 610 this Spring and thought it was excellent, BTW)

Thanks for the kind words Brad - hope all is well in your new home.

I appreciate all the help.

Cheers,
Geoff
