Fifth annual Holly Hill Inn Harvest Dinner at Happy Jack’s Pumpkin Farm in Frankfort Aug. 21
Please join Holly Hill Inn chef/owner Ouita Michel and her staff for our fifth annual down-on-the-farm dinner at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, at Happy Jack’s Pumpkin Farm, 966 Hickman Hill Road, Frankfort. All the vegetable dishes come just-picked from Lee Ann and Richard Jones' fields and are grilled on site! Menu includes Bluegrass chicken, goat cheese baked in tomato basil coulis, eggplant caviar, greased pig (Stone Cross Farm bacon, Kenny’s Barren Co. Bleu cheese and Happy Jack’s heirloom tomatoes), sweet-corn salad, Richard’s fire-roasted potatoes with bacon and onion, watermelon with lime and honey, and more. Please note: Menu may vary depending upon vegetable crop conditions. In case of rain, the meal will be served at Holly Hill Inn, 426 North Winter Street, Midway.

Happy Jack’s Pumpkin Farm is at 966 Hickman Hill Road, Frankfort. From Louisville: Take Exit 58 onto U.S. 60 west. Travel about 1 mile, then turn right onto U.S. 421 south. Travel about 2 miles; turn left onto Hickman Hill Road. The farm is at the end of the road, about 1 mile. Watch for signs.
