Bourbons Bistro will host Jim Beam Distillery for this month's Bourbon Dinner on Monday, Aug. 9, at 6 p.m. The evening will feature five courses by Chef Michael Crouch, inspired by Jim Beam Brand bourbons, and a tasting of Beam's Small Batch Line; Basil Hayden, Knob Creek, Baker's and Booker's. The guest speaker for the evening will be seventh generation Master Distiller Fred Noe.
