Okay, here we go with the offline at Village Anchor Pub and Roost.
I apologize if it looks like I have been dilly-dallying, but I first wanted to make sure that we were not going to conflict with an semi-proposed offline at the Blind Pig to watch Marsha Lynch’s debut on Louisville Chefs. Number 1, the Blind Pig is not open on Sunday. Number 2, Marsha has not yet received any confirmation on air date. Number 3, the show airs at 4:30. Marsha sees no conflict.
The Louisville HotBytes offline at the Village Anchor Pub and Roost will be at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 8.
I had originally asked April to set aside room for 20 to 25 people. The response has been overwhelming, (Twenty-six people voted for August 8 and there were 31 people plus me that wanted to be considered marked down for the event. I realize that there was some overlap BUT . . .) Therefore I asked April to stretch the seating possibility. She has graciously agreed to seat 30 people at 3 table of four and 3 table of six on the lanai and still allow us to order from the full menu and receive separate checks. Amazing! I don’t know of many restaurants that would agree to this stipulation.
Please note that we can accept only the first 30 confirmed reservations.
I am putting myself down for four.
