Guest speaker Sergio Reyes will lead an exploration of the northern Chilean wine regions and the culinary culture of Chile during a wine dinner Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2010, 6:30 p.m..
The wines of Chono, Rayun & Cucaco from the Maipo, Elqui & Central Valleys of Chile will be featured. These wines are made in partnership between Sergio Reyes and Chilean wine maker Alvaro Espinoza.
The wines will be paired with traditional Chilean dishes interpreted by Oakroom Executive Chef Jim Gerhardt and Chef de Cuisine Bobby Benjamin.
Seating is limited at $55 per person (plus tax & Gratuity).
