Some of the comments to this story are very interesting. Yes they are going to pay the employees more but I also state the employees will get some of the tip money. Looks like the company if we take some of it off the top! If they're going to charge it to the bill as a tip there ought to be some way of accounting to ensure it all goes to the employees!

I know that varies from state to state. In many states it's not taxable but I'm not quite sure who it really belongs to.
