Whoa, Dallas posted this on Facebook, and I couldn't let this get by without you folks knowing about it here. Look what's cooking at Equus:

"Meanwhile we got a game bird shepherd's pie tonight with pheasant, squab, poussin, and smoked chicken with truffle-parmesan-potato topping."

Can you say "Yumm-O," boys and girls? :)
