Beer and food pairings at Browning's

Paula tells me that Browning's is getting into a regular practice of offering beer and food pairings on nights when there's not a ball game on at Slugger Field.

Here's tonight's trio. I could definitely eat (and drink) these!

Tomato Gazpacho; Beer: Helles
Horseradish Salmon topped w/ tomato, fennel, watermelon slaw; Beer: ESB
Miso Chicken with lime, tomato, cucumber, avocado, mint; Beer: She Devil

If you are on Facebook and sill not friends with Brownings Restaurant and Brewery it might be a good time to make the connection. They posted pictures of their trio from Saturday night that was the food Robin posted about. It looked truely amazing and I will be looking forward to making stops by on nights when there are no games going on to try the beautiful creations.
