I was just talking with some people the other day about the "drive by shootings" we used to have here after the ugly divorce that split off Seviche and the no-longer-extant Nios from the old Jicama. That was one of several reasons why we went from open participation to registration and a more strict real-names policy.

There were some bad feelings from that divorce that might just still linger.

Did I miss an underlying bitter tone in the article that everyone else picked up on? I'm confused about the comments.

Apparently, a couple people had a bad experience...or not.....but for all we know, they have never stepped foot outside a Taco Bell. .

I am confused too, can't see anything untoward in the article, maybe they are talking about a different article. Please enlighten us those in the know.

Its in the Comments section after the article on the CJ site. Fairly unpleasant stuff.
