Driving by last night on the way to Steve-O's glanced at the Brownsboro Eatery and saw a large "For Sale" sign in the window. Phone has been disconnected. Sad to see them close.

I could be wrong, but I think it has been closed a while. My father was contacted to some remodeling on the building, and that was a couple of months ago. The new owner, or the guy who was interested in the property wanted to do an extensive remodel and turn it into a steak and seafood house. If the building has a sign in it, I guess the guy changed his mind.
Thanks, Scott. I know it opened late '98 early 99 after being a great country store. Food was good home cooking but never registered on radar. Our forays there were the driving by hungry at dinnertime type. Still hate to see an independent go away.
