Yep, thats the spot. Just make sure you get the "real" menu. The one thats in English does not have all that is offered in the other one.

I wouldn't worry too much about safety at La Tapatia. Stuff happens just about anywhere, but it's not what I'd call a murder bar.

I may be wrong about this, but I think you'd be hard pressed to get a margarita in a taqueria, even one with a liquor license.
