Zach Johnstone wrote:I miss going to Dietrich's and getting liver- Any place doing something comparable around town? It seems like a simple request, but I've looked around but have had no luck. I thought Jack Fry's or Le Relais might be my best bet, but no luck there. Please help . . .

I'm sure we've had calves' liver at least as a special at Le Relais. Also ... Corbett's? For something more down-home, you can always get liver and onions at Cottage Inn, but I don't think that's what you're looking for ...

We have veal calfs liver available at Seviche. Some say it's the best they ever had. We have regulars come in for it so we always have it, even though it's not listed on the menu. We have a few things like that. Just ask your server, for our secret stash. Veal calfs liver with Point Reyes bleu, caramalized onions, veal glacé, jalapeño

I know it's a chain but Longhorn has some pretty tasty liver also. It's actually only at the lunch menu but you can get it any time. It's grilled, all you can eat with one side dish. I haven't had it in a while and I think it's only $6.95!
