Seviche Spain v Germany opening canceled

by Madi D » Tue Jul 06, 2010 9:37 pm

Anthony is hosting an informal "Tapas and Sangria" party for the Spain v Germany match tommorow at the restaurant. Everyone is welcome to stop by and join the festivities. The game starts at 2:30.

The tapas are complimentary in honor of his Spanish heritage... I tried to convince him to also offer German fare in honor of my GERMAN heritage, but alas he did not budge.

We'll see who gets the last laugh after the game.

Hope to see some of you there!

Funny that you ask! I actually did some franks and cabbage braised in beer for the German fans. I will indeed open early again for the final match. We didn't have a real big turn out, but it was still fun to have some people to watch it with. Anyways, I will have some more complementary tapas and Spanish wines for 3$ a glass. As always we will have our normal 1/2 off bottles of wine, 5$ mojitos, 3$ margaritas and seviche specials. I will create some Dutch treats too, I promise! Maybe Frikadellen ( a chicken-bacon-veal type sausage or meatloaf ) Rode Kool Met Appeltjes ( Braised cabbage and apples ) and asparagus with hollandaise. ¡Viva España!
