Eating sure has to be a boring experience when you limit yourself to those few items! Most of us here think eating is an interesting and enjoyable experience and spend much time seeking out new and exciting things to eat. For her all of that enjoyment is certainly gone.

Whoa. That is both bizarre and very sad. I can't imagine having to lie about food in that manner and plan your whole life in an effort to avoid eating with/around other people. For me, food is a given in any social situation!
